We believe that our clients should be able to choose the method of IT support that they are comfortable with. It's not our business model to force our clients into year long engagements unless they make that choice.   We had a client reach out to us to see whether $48k/month is reasonable for hosting fees in the Cloud. They had 50 employees & resided in 1 office. Another client was paying $32k/month.
